Starting with our May results, we introduce you a more complex infographic. As it’s said, it is a good way of growing.
Perhaps, you’ve already noticed, that we began with the global sales indicator for 2017 (at this moment). We have also tried to play a little bit with 2 new infographics: to show the dynamics of the global sales and the evolution of Tucano Friends, which doesn’t look very well at the moment.
There are 2 reasons why we got to such a situation. Firstly, we should be honest and say that we focused on other important projects that couldn’t be postponed. The second reason was the seasonal factor. When summer comes, the guest flow is diminishing, including, the number of Tucano Friends. But it is obvious, people prefer to go to the beach, to the swimming pool, to relax on big shaded terraces or to leave for vacations. Also, it’s the period when the year of study is ending, and everyone knows, that students are our loyal guests.
To improve things, we have planned a number of actions: we will grow the community of Tucano Friends, we’ll introduce in Romania an old school form of cards, using stamps and manual evidence (as a temporary solution, till we’ll improve to regular cards with barcode) and we’ll make an important update to our loyalty program.
We remind you, that the change we want to bring in is, hopefully, wow on the one hand, and green on the another: we plan to plant a tree after each X visits. Besides this, registering into the program you get also a free drink after those X visits. But that’s not all, the surprises will keep coming. But of course, the trees are the main element here.
But let’s go back to the infographics. From our point of view it looks better and better, what do you think about it?
